Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose of this policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes what you may and may not do on CoinWebHosting accounts. It protects your site’s performance, email deliverability, and reputation by keeping bad neighbors off the platform. Violations may result in suspension or termination under our Terms.

2. Who is welcome

• Coin shops, bullion dealers, show dealers, appraisers, and related numismatic businesses
• Other legitimate U.S. small businesses: retail, trades, professional services, nonprofits
• WordPress, static sites, real business email, and optional industry templates

3. Prohibited content and activity

You may not use the Service to host, store, distribute, or promote:

• Adult or pornographic content — explicit sexual material, adult entertainment, escort services, or similar
• Spam or bulk unsolicited email — including purchased lists, open relays, or phishing
• Malware, phishing, or fraud — compromised sites, credential theft, scams
• Illegal content — including copyright infringement, stolen data, or content illegal under U.S. law
• Resource abuse — cryptocurrency mining, proxy/VPN farms, open proxies, DoS tools, or continuous CPU/disk thrashing that harms other customers
• Throwaway junk accounts — mass free hosting of disposable spam sites

4. Email and IP reputation

Business email is included for normal shop use: orders, invoices, and staff mail. Hourly send limits protect deliverability for everyone on the server. Mass marketing blasts without proper consent and infrastructure are not allowed.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate reports, suspend accounts that violate this AUP, remove content, or terminate service. We may act without prior notice when needed to protect the platform, other customers, or legal compliance. Full enforcement rights are described in the Terms.
